NOTICE: Power down to outer room

The power to the cleanroom containing room (301.B043) is unexpectedly  down – this means the lights in the outer room are off and the vacuum system will not power up.

Joseph and I have put in a temporary fix and alerted the facilities at the Uni and contractors. In the meantime the cleanroom is OPEN and operating as normal with the following changes:

– the vacuum will be ON at all times during open hours
– the outer room lights are OFF
– the inner room lights need to remain ON at all times during open hours

This should keep the room working for the majority of users – please let me know if you need further assistance to get your work done. When the power comes back on we will revert to the normal usage of the vacuum and outer lights.
