…
This is to confirm we are to commence some investigation works in Carpark 40 to determine the size of the existing diesel tank. The diesel tank in located as per the attached plan.
The investigation works involve the following;
– An excavator will remove the top layer of the carpark surface (approx. 300mm), this will allow the exact location of the tank to be known.
– At all times the access to the large nitrogen tank will be maintained for the Transit van.
– The gas bottle delivery route is likely to be slightly tighter, but still achievable.
– Fletchers have been advised that they are not to block either the nitrogen tank or bottle deliveries.
– This will not impact egress routes.
Disruption will be the noise of the digger and possibly some vibration.
We intend to commence from Wednesday this week, unless you have any objections.
Regards
Grant Johnstone
